Inspiring Iridescent

Pictures that helped inspire my location for ‘Iridescent’

A picture can say a thousand words and I love photos of nature and rain (as you’ve seen in a previous blog of mine). I decided to write the Serendipity series’ location as mostly being on the Isle of Skye, which is one of the islands that belong to Scotland.

The reason for this is that I love Scotland. I love the accent, the bag pipes, the way it looks and just the general feel I get when thinking about it. I found some photo’s that inspired certain settings in the book, as well as the main character ‘Skye’s’ house.

I thought I’d share them with you…

Those are just a few of the photos that inspired me and that I used to describe certain settings. I’m sure you can see why I love the place. I am hoping that I can visit there one day soon.

That’s it from me for now…

Please show me some love and comment below. If you enjoy what you see, please follow me for more features.

Enjoy the moments
