Depression & Anger Tamed

In this day and age, there seems to be a lot of anger and depression and this then makes the people that are suffering from these, quite unpleasant…not only to be around, but to see on social media. It seems that people are spirally into a black hole lately.

I see it in the unnecessary and nasty comments that people leave on YouTube video’s or social media comments and it makes me sad that people feel the need to share their pain and anger.

I have come to the conclusion that this is due to the fact that people no longer see the beauty in the world. They are too busy rushing around and living in their rat race lives and they are not seeing how beautiful the world is around them.

One of the best things that you can do to calm down and start taking note of how beautiful the world is around you, is to try and not miss a photo opportunity…and no, I don’t mean selfies…seriously.

If you look at some of the pictures that were taken below by people, you will see that you can find beauty anywhere…even in your garden. Take note of how relaxed you feel if you stare into the photo and lose yourself in it…don’t you feel better already?

If you still don’t feel better, pick up your camera or your phone, get off your rear end and go outside and take some photo’s. Get creative and see what you can achieve. Don’t let depression and anger be your legacy.

If you had to die today and people had to look at your social media accounts, your comments and ask your family and friends about you…what legacy would you be leaving behind? Would it be one that people will aspire to or will it be one where people will be glad that you’re gone? Personally, I would like to leave a legacy of love, hope, inspiration and joy. I want people to aspire to be like me and not be glad that I’m gone.

I hope that the anger you feel will be tamed and that the depression you seem to be going through will dissipate into the beautiful air around you.

That’s it from me for now…
