Symbolizes hope
I, unfortunately, do not have a necklace made with the opal gemstone because I don’t have any and they are rather pricey. I also didn’t have any stones that could mirror an opal because it is just too gorgeous a stone.
Opals are a quartz mineral that are valued for their iridescence and their different colour variations. They contain between 1% and 21% water. The name ‘opal’ was derived from the Latin word ‘opalus’ meaning ‘stone’ or ‘jewel’.

There are many beliefs around opals, some positive and some negative, but to me, this is an absolutely stunning stone. It has been on my own personal wish list for a very long time.
Oh, and I almost forgot! If it’s your birthday month, then Happy Birthday!! Its my daughters birthday month, so she will be celebrating this month.

I would also love to hear from you, so please leave a comment below.
Keep your crystal on and your sparkle strong
