A REAL AND PERSONAL POST

I know that in these difficult times there are many people losing their jobs, their companies and many are even going hungry. It is due to this knowledge that I am very grateful for all the blessings that I have from the Lord. My life may not be where it’s supposed to be right now, but I am at least blessed with a house, running water, warm bedding, a car and petrol, food and many other blessings.
I count my blessings and I thank God for them daily because I know for a fact that we would be sunk if it wasn’t for Him. I say this because I was retrenched in November 2017. I have been looking for work ever since and have been trying other ways to make money but I have yet to find work or to be truly successful in my other endeavours. My husband’s salary does not cover our groceries for a month because he has other things he has to pay for and his two girls that are in High School.
Now, even though we usually have no money budgeted towards groceries, God has still provided for us since then. We never go hungry. Yes, we may not be eating crayfish and caviar and sometimes we have eggs on toast, but it’s food and we don’t go hungry. God is good!
I sometimes struggle to keep my faith in check when the situation is in my face and I know there’s no food for supper…I have to work at calming the storm and keeping the faith, but He always provides at the last minute. I know people say to have faith and that God will provide but I know how you feel if you say that it’s not always easy, especially when you get to number 99 and there’s still nothing to feed your family with.
I keep reminding myself, God is good and He still answers prayers. Maybe not always in the way we want Him to, but He does. This is a daily reminder because the devil is very busy trying to destroy us all.
I will keep applying for work and keep scouting for graphic design or proofreading work and I will not give up. I will persevere because that is how I’m made. I hope that you are keeping strong and not giving up in your life.
I know it’s difficult but you will get there. Keep your faith strong and believe in yourself as well. You were made for a purpose. I hope you find your purpose. I know this sounds quite cliché, but when you’re feeling down, do something for somebody else. You won’t only feel better, but you will increase your blessings. Feeling better is the goal though. Upliftment at its best!

Fayma believes that trying to standardize women is not acceptable, and their development is a manifesto of the uniqueness of being female. That’s what their motto is about: “No more sizes. Only me”. That’s the philosophy of Fayma, to offer a solution that will allow you to create beautiful clothes according to your pixel-perfect pattern, which takes into account all the features of the figure.
God will honor you and bless you abundantly for trusting and believing that He supplies all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
