Behind the inception of the Peacock Feather Colour Palette Bracelet

I am also a graphic designer and I often use colour palettes for my work. I love some of these colour palettes and I thought it would be lovely if I could incorporate it into a piece of jewellery.

I decided to create a range for the colour palette jewellery because I enjoyed doing this so much and was so proud of the outcome, so I will be trying it with other items as well. This is the first one in this range.

Peacock Colour Palette

I chose this one first because I loved the colour mix and I also love peacock feathers. They fascinate me, just like butterfly wings.

I realised one day, that sometimes when you create jewellery, you may get lazy with your colour choices and not experiment. That is why I loved this activity because it helped me choose colours that I would usually not put together, yet they worked wonderfully.

This bracelet was made with perspex slithers, fresh water pearls, crystals and wooden beads. The price is R60To place your order, please complete the form on my ‘Contact me’ page. I would also love to hear from you, so please leave a comment below.
