Once again, Joyce Meyer has written a phenomenal book that made me feel empowered and uplifted. She is truly a blessing from God and I am thankful that she never gave up on His will for her life.

You may have heard me say: “I’m not where I need to be, but thank God, I’m not where I used to be. I have not arrived, but I am on my way!” That kind of attitude infuriates the devil.

One of the best things that I love about how Joyce writes is how honest her writing is. I always feel blessed after reading one of her books. I’m sure that I will probably read this book again in the near future because it lifts my spirits and helps me see things the way I should see them.

The way that she weaved the snippets of inspirational stories of people in history that never gave up, through her book made it so much more powerful with the message she was sending. Knowing that someone else got through something similar or worse always helps you get perspective.

When I started reading this book, I felt like giving up on a lot of things. I wasn’t sure if I should continue because I had been struggling to get things to work with me for a while. I now know that I need to press on. As I said before, Joyce Meyer is a true blessing and I’m glad that she never gave up and followed the Lord’s direction for her life. Her God-given teachings help me through many difficult areas and situations in my life.
