My Thoughts

Natasha’s writing style was friendly and easy to read. I was committed to the story quickly and wanted to know Ana’s story. The book needs to be properly proofread. There were many mistakes that could easily be fixed. I had to re-read some parts because a word that had been added that didn’t belong and I thought that maybe I read it wrong.

The storyline was beautiful even though it has been done before. In fact, most tropes have been done before. It has never been written from Natasha’s mind before now. The love story was beautiful and I really felt the mom’s struggle and pain and then relief towards the end of the story. I was kept guessing in some places but could predict some of the outcomes.

The world that the story is written in is the real world but the state that Ana moved to and that Chance was living in sounds so beautiful. I wouldn’t mind visiting there one day. The star gazing alone would be something to behold. Anna is such a strong character even though her heart is failing her. She tried her best to keep strong and always thought of what would make others happy, even though she also deserved happiness. I enjoyed reading about her journey.

The dialogue is easy to read and I found no issues with it. The characters were great and each one was important to the story. Fledgling is a three-book series. The story ended on a cliff-hanger so I would really like to know what happens next. I would recommend Fledgling to anyone that likes Young Adult, and Paranormal Romances. I enjoyed this book even though it did remind me of Twilight. The storyline was still enjoyable.
