Music creates so many emotions in me and I know it’s not just because I’m a musician. I have heard from many people that aren’t musicians, that music soothes them. Music is a universal language that everyone can understand.
Like most people, I get days when I’m feeling a little low and down. On those days I have a playlist that I created on Spotify, that I listen to. The playlist consists of different genres of songs and they’re songs that make me feel better and songs I dance around to and get my energy pumping.
Dancing, smiling and singing most certainly creates the ‘feel good’ endorphins in my brain that are needed to lift my spirits and I usually feel like a new person afterwards.
I have made my playlist public and decided to share it with you so that you can enjoy it too. Dance around the house, sing at the top of your voice…have fun and recharge!
