At one point, when my kids were smaller, I decided to do a photo-shoot with them and had a few props. It was quite funny because they complained about the flowers scratching them and the feathers tickling them. These photos are very special to me because they were taken not long before Alexis passed away.
Reminiscing over photos is what makes photography such a wonderful thing because you get to capture moments that you may forget after many years.

You get to capture images that will help you to recall things that time may erase.

Even though the one thing that it can’t capture is emotion, seeing a photo can bring it all back to you. It can come rushing back so hard that sometimes it knocks you to your knees.

My advice? Take as many photos as you can so that one day you can reminisce and not lose one detail to time.
