I know that today is not World Gratitude Day which is only on the 21st of September this year, but I wanted to celebrate my own Gratitude day just because I can (hehe).
I know that many people are surprised when I say that I am very grateful and that I am blessed and that I say this even when we sometimes don’t know where our next meal will come from. Well…I am grateful because I have never had to stress about that. Even though we do not have excess money in a month at the moment, God has provided for us every month since I was retrenched in November 2017. He has provided for us even when I felt like my faith was slipping and that I was starting to lose grip on my peace, He stayed faithful and for that, I am truly grateful!

I am also grateful for all the talents that I possess. It makes my life interesting, colourful and full of life. As a creative person, I tend to view life in a different way to someone that is more analytical. I have reached a point in my life where I love the way that I am and I know that I was created to be exactly who I am, weirdness and all (yes, and the blue hair, he he).
I have been enjoying all the beauty around me, in nature and in the things that talented people create. The rain, clouds, thunder and lightning have been marvelous! The love of my family has been so special and the fact that even though my husband and I have been together for 7 years this year, we are still madly in love with each other. I am grateful that I got to know true love, something I started thinking doesn’t exist, before him.
I am sure you’ve noticed by now that I’m feeling on top of the world and because of this I wanted to say thank you. Thank you to my Lord and Saviour, for so many blessings that I’ve lost count. Thank you to my wonderful family, for all the love, support and laughs. Thank you to my friends, for your love and support. And thank you to you, my followers and subscribers, for your support and for being interested in what I have to say.
My prayer for you today is that you will see the beauty in your life today, even if it feels like there is none. I pray that you will be touched by the absolute encompassing love of Jesus and that you will go through the rest of your day and weekend with a great, big, fat smile on your face because you are wonderful and special. Remember that!
My closing thoughts…life is good and I am so grateful! Thank you, Lord!

That’s it from me for now…
