Well, this is a heavy subject because it would take a miracle to change the world to something better than it is today. Also, I live in South Africa, and the current situation here is quite dismal. Everyone is so angry, all the time. But I suppose, if I could change it and had that power and know-how, then I would change the following three things:

1. How much anger and resentment are in the world

This subject makes me so sad because it seems everyone is at each other’s throats all the time. Race against race, gender against gender, sexuality against sexuality, and religion against religion. If we all had to love each other and accept each other, this world would be a much better place to live in.

2. Eliminate lawlessness

I don’t know how it is in other countries, but in this country, the lawlessness is extremely hectic! Taxis that don’t follow the rules of the road, and other cars have now also started doing the same thing. Farms murders and corrupt police and politicians. Even the president was lawless which has put this country into so much trouble that people are starting to think about abandoning ship before we go down with it.

3. Bring taxes down

Now…I know why we are supposed to pay taxes, but in this country, it gets used mostly for building the president’s mansion and for things that are not important at all. All the important issues in this country do not get addressed and it leaves taxpayers wondering why we pay it at all and if we shouldn’t form part of the majority of our nation that doesn’t pay taxes.

The things that I’ve mentioned are just my opinion and I’m not studied in these areas, in fact, I hate politics or listening to the news or reading the newspaper. We have so much wrong with this country, I don’t think it’s going to get any better in my lifetime and that scares me because I am a gypsy at heart and this nonsense upsets my vibe quite a lot. I do hope though, that it will get better…one day at least.
