I read this book a long time ago, but I still tell people that they should really give it a read. It helped me to understand men in so many different ways that I didn’t know before.

One of the best items that he talks about is that men go into their ‘cave’ and then the wife tries her best to get him out of there, she even tries TNT, but in truth, you should leave your husband there so that he can work through what he needs to work through and then he’ll come out and talk to you. This prevents him from blowing up at you.

He also talks about not sweating the small stuff in marriage. Is what you are about to start a fight over, worth disrupting the peace in your home? Like socks on the floor?

I can’t remember everything in the book, but if you want to do yourself and your marriage a favour, go get yourself a copy and read it thoroughly.
