Many of us would love to be able to do certain things with our lives, but we lack the boldness to do it.
Below, I have put 3 pointers that show you ways to be more bold in your life.
- Boldness is the opposite of hesitation. So, with the chance of sounding like a Nike ad, you must just do it! Don’t think about it first because you’ll talk yourself out of it. Just do it without thinking. (Obviously not something dangerous)
- Smile. If you put a smile on your face (and really smile, no half-hearted smiles allowed), then you will trick your brain into thinking you’re happy and the confidence will follow.
- Do something that’s out of your comfort zone. We all have them (yes, I’m looking at you) and a comfort zone can kill your boldness and your future. If you want to get somewhere other than where you are now, in other words, grow, then you will need to step out of your comfort zone. Push yourself often in small ways and then you’ll be more prepared for the big steps.
There are many different ways to be bolder, but if you at least start with these top 3, you will be well on your way to a bolder you. Carpe Diem!
